Since starting the plan it’s gradually waned, and I’m now off all medication. I was a stone overweight ( now on target weight) so don’t think it’s really because of the pressure of fat in my abdomen. Sure it’s the carbs. If I break out and have a biscuit before bedtime I will get reflux, mildly.
I realize after reading your article that it was like the floodgates of acid being open and dumped it to my Esophagus. So I went back to 20 mg and I’m doing OK on that, but I want to get off of this so I’ve read your articles and I’m going to try the apple cider vinegar before each meal and I’m going to get the Tagamet and this Zantac’s and have these on hand when I start again which will be next week August 7, 2017. I refuse to let this drug take away any more of my life I’ve already lost a hip to it in 2015. I shrank and I have osteopenia.
